How It Works
This is not project-based consulting. You’re not buying deliverables—you’re buying access to thinking, judgment, and experience.
We work together on an ongoing basis. You bring the hard questions—program design, leadership transitions, policy navigation, stakeholder engagement, strategic decisions. I bring three decades of experience and a perspective you won’t get from inside your organization.
What advisory looks like: - Regular calls (frequency based on your needs) - Asynchronous access between calls (email, voice memo) - A sounding board for decisions before you make them - An outside perspective when you’re too close to see clearly - Connections to my network when introductions would help.
Advisory Tiers

Tier 1: Strategic Thought Partner
Description: For leaders who want ongoing access to strategic thinking without a heavy time commitment.Â
Best for: Leaders at any career stage, training directors, program builders with steady-state challenges and occasional inflection points.
Advisory includes: Set number of scheduled phone/video calls per month, asynchronous access via email, response within 2 business days of non-urgent matters.
Tier 2: Intensive Advisory Sprint
Description: For leaders facing a specific high-stakes challenge that requires concentrated guidance and/or support.
Best for:Â New program launches, accreditation preparation, leadership transitions, crisis navigation, major strategic decisions.
Advisory includes: Weekly scheduled phone/video calls for 12 weeks, unlimited asynchronous access during the sprint, priority response within 1 business day.Â
Tier 3: Founder Advisory
Description: For founders building ventures in behavioral health or adjacent spaces who need both strategic guidance and network access.
Best for: Founders, entrepreneurs, and venture leaders building something new in behavioral health.
Advisory includes: Scaled scheduled phone/video calls tailored to your project, asynchronous access via email between calls, response within 2 business days, ad hoc calls when urgent decisions arise, network introductions where appropriate.
Tier 4: Tailored Advisory
Description: For other projects or initiatives that require strategic guidance and network access across a longer-term engagement timeframe.
Best for:Â Anyone needing a customized advisory service package.
Advisory includes:Â A customized advisory package tailored to your project or initiative's needs.
Hourly Engagements
For discrete questions or one-time consultations, I offer limited hourly availability.
$500/hour (2-hour minimum)
This works for: - Second opinions on specific decisions - One-time accreditation or program questions - Brief strategic input without ongoing commitment
Hourly engagements are limited. If you need ongoing support, an advisory tier is more effective and economical.
